Welcome to Kirikiriroa Autistic Wildflowers
Kirikiriroa Autistic Wildflowers (KAW) is a social group for Autistic women (trans or cis) and gender queer people who feel comfortable around queer-friendly women. We are a gentle, supportive group of quirky, awesome people, linked by our Autistic brains and experiences.
Our events are based in Kirikiriroa Hamilton, but you are welcome to attend from wherever you live.
If you’re lonely, or feel misunderstood by the world, it can be so healing to meet your Autistic peers and finally feel seen and valued.
You do not need a diagnosis to attend, but you do need to be 18 years or older, and be independent enough to not require ongoing supervisory care and support. This is because we are unable to provide supervision and cannot have neurotypical and allistic support people in our space without it causing us to mask. It is critical that our group remains a safe space to express natural Autistic behaviours and share inner thoughts and feelings.
If you would like to support our mahi, feel free to make a small donation to:

100% of funds received contribute to the running of KAW.
